Tijaro tijaro

For independent UK restaurants & takeaways

Stop renting your customers back from delivery apps.

One subscription runs the lot: a till that works offline, an ordering site on your own domain, bookings, payments and the books. Your name on the door. Your money in your account.

£55/month · 2.9% online · 0% at the till — that's the whole price list.

01The maths

The £30 order,
two ways.

Same kebab, same customer, same Friday night. The only difference is who's holding the receipt at the end.

The gapper £30 order

£0.00 more in your till, every order

At 400 online orders a month, that's £15,984 a year — £15,324 once you've paid the subscription. Enough for a new fridge, a part-time KP, or an actual holiday.

400 orders × £3.33 × 12 months = £15,984 − (£55 × 12) = £15,324. We checked.

02The platform

One till. Five jobs.

Everything below ships in the one subscription — no modules, no add-on pricing, no sales call to unlock the good bits.

POS

A till that doesn't flinch

Offline-first on tablet or desktop. When the broadband dies mid-service — and it will — you keep taking orders and the kitchen printer keeps printing. Everything syncs itself the moment you're back.

Storefront

Your shop, your address

We design a branded ordering site on your own domain — menu, photos, hours, delivery zones — then hand you a CMS to run it. Customers order from you, not from a list of 40 competitors.

Bookings

Friday nights, under control

Table bookings with deposits taken on card. No-shows stop being a charity you run. Capacity rules and opening hours are yours to set, and the book updates itself.

Payments

Money goes straight to you

Card payments land in your own bank account — not held, not pooled, not "remitted fortnightly". You can watch tonight's takings arrive while you're still wiping down.

Back office

Know your week by Sunday

Menu, inventory and the books in one back office, with SMS and email updates keeping customers off your phone line. What sold, what it cost, what's left on the shelf.

03Your brand, not a theme

Not a template. A site built for you.

We don't hand you a theme and a colour picker. We design and build the whole thing around your restaurant — your story, your menu, your typography. Two of our clients, below: same platform underneath, nothing alike on top.

Indo-Scottish kitchen · Clarkston · since 1994

Kerala meets Clarkston, with a side of cardamom.

Mum's butter chicken, a shepherd's pie in a tikka coat, and cocktails that taste like a monsoon afternoon.

What would you pay?

Drag the slider to roughly your own online volume. We assume a £24 average order and put every order online — worst case for us.

A 14% marketplace would charge£1,344/mo
Tijaro charges (£55 + 2.9%)£333/mo
You keep the difference£1,107/mo

That's £13,284 a year you'd otherwise hand the marketplace. And till orders are 0%, so your real Tijaro bill is likely lower still.

05From the pilot

We turned the marketplace tablet off in March. Same kitchen, same customers — except now they're ours. The website covered its own costs the first weekend, and I can finally see the week's numbers without three logins.

06FAQ

Asked at every demo

Yes. The £55 covers the POS entirely — take ten orders or ten thousand at the till and we don't see a penny of them. The 2.9% applies only to orders through your online storefront.

Straight into your own bank account, under your own name. We never hold, pool or "remit" your money — there's nothing to chase at the end of the month.

You carry on. The POS is offline-first: orders keep going in, receipts and kitchen tickets keep printing, and everything syncs itself when the connection comes back. Your customers won't notice, which is the point.

You do. Names, numbers, order history — it all lives in your back office and exports whenever you like. We don't sell it, and no marketplace gets to use your regulars as bait for your competitors.

A reasonably recent tablet or any desktop browser, plus standard ESC/POS receipt and kitchen printers — the kind most kitchens already own. We'll confirm yours works before you spend anything new.

We set up your storefront and menu with you, you run it alongside whatever you use now, and you watch the numbers. No contract, no card on file. If the maths doesn't work for your shop, you walk away and keep your data.

Get off the marketplace treadmill.

Run the pilot free, next to whatever you use today, and let the receipts settle the argument.
